Installation & Maintenance
While we have all of the materials ready for your backyard project, we do not install. However, we have a list of preferred vendors that we can recommend to homeowners. Give us a call to discuss your specific needs.
Maintenance depends on the material. We can provide detailed care instructions for wood, composite, and PVC decks.
The choice of sealant depends on the wood type. We recommend high-quality, weather-resistant sealants for lasting protection.
Wood decks may require refinishing every 1–3 years, while composite and PVC decks require minimal maintenance.
Orders & Shipping
While we have many items in stock and ready for pickup or delivery, some items we may have to order. If we don’t have it in stock – no worries! Most non-stock items usually take 3-5 days to arrive, however, there are some that take a bit longer. Give us a call or stop by our showroom, if you have a specific question!
We will deliver the material if you are within a 50 mile radius of our Nashville office. The cost of delivery will vary depending on the size of your order and exact location. Feel free to reach out about your order!
Warranty & Support
Most of our decking materials come with manufacturer warranties. We can provide specific warranty information upon request.
If you encounter any issues, contact us immediately, and we’ll work with you and the manufacturer to resolve the problem.
There are returns on stock materials, if it is in resellable condition. There may be a restocking fee assessed. We accept returns in store, with copy of your receipt of purchase. Please present your copy within 30 days of the original purchase, to receive your refund. No returns after 30 days and no returns on custom items.
